Adrienne Arsht Center
for the Performing Arts

Location: Miami, FL

One of the largest performing arts centers in the
United States at over 1,000,000 square feet. The Center
has five venues that host approximately 400 performances
for over 450,000 people each year.

Ritz Carlton Hotel
Amelia Island

Location: Amelia Island

This 450 room, seven story, 590 square foot luxury hotel project
contains 3 large ballrooms, seven meeting rooms, two
restaurants, lounges, retail, fitness center and pools. The luxury
elements of the hotel are consistent with the Ritz Carlton’s brand,
attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

EdgeConneX
Data Center

Location: Jacksonville, FL

EdgeCONNEX provides network capacity for clients. Tremendous
importance is placed on reliable and redundant power – with
100% UPS and generator backup for their clients. The project
schedule required 6-day work weeks from the start, and was
completed 3 weeks early. At the peak, Regency worked 7 days
a week and multiple shifts to ensure the project would open
on time. To increase reliability, the terminations were made with
qty 2 – 10,000 psi compressions on each lug. We are proud that
this very fast paced project was finished early and on budget.
