Ryan Companies announced the topping out of the New JEA Headquarters in Downtown Jacksonville, FL on March 25, 2021.  Regency Electric’s team of Ramon Santamaria, Superintendent and Sean Conley, Senior Project Manager are leading the electrical construction team on the project.
