“Regency Electric Company, Inc. performed the electrical work on the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart for Hoar Construction. The Sacred Heart project was a 188,000 square foot hospital expansion in Pensacola, Florida. The hospital contains the latest medical technology, including a fully integrated emergency department with trauma and 72 NICU rooms.
Regency Electric completed this complex electrical installation not only on time, but against an extremely aggressive construction schedule while maintaining extraordinary professionalism and the highest quality installation. The project had multiple challenges, including a restricted construction site and maintaining an operating facility which we tied into on 4 different levels, including a single-story vertical expansion over the active LDR department. The electrical work was subject to multiple AHCA and Fire Marshall Inspections and all were passed promptly and in accordance with the project schedule.
With Regency’s work, we were able to satisfy the expectations of our Client. The end product resulted in a beautifully constructed facility that we are proud of and we look forward to the opportunity to work with Regency on future projects.”

“It is with pleasure that we recommend Regency Electric for consideration of an Excellence in Construction Award for their work at the Florida Hospital Winter Garden project. The hospital aims to serve the needs of the growing Winter Garden community with outpatient services and rooms tor local doctor examinations included in the facility. The Winter Garden project is a 97,000 square foot new hospital building which includes 26 emergency department exam rooms, 2 Trauma Suites, 3 Operating Rooms, along with multiple imaging, examination rooms and radiology rooms.
The Florida Hospital Winter Garden project is an extensive site which included over fifty 30-foot high poles, including decorative area and pathway lighting. A significant challenge on the project was an accelerated schedule and a design assist construction process. Throughout the project, Regency Electric provided quality and timely installations. The project required extensive coordination, included extensive underground utility and BIM coordination methods. The MEP and electrical components were planned, coordinated and installed to minimize exposed conduits in the electrical and mechanical rooms, thereby providing a clean and safe electrical installation. The commissioning, testing, and acceptance of the project was expedited by all parties, and Regency Electric and their team succeeding in satisfying all the regulatory inspections, including AHCA, in a professional and expedited manner. Regency’s expedited Owner training, as-builts, and final documents assisted in closing out the project efficiently.
We would recommend Regency Electric Company, Inc. for any difficult or complex project, as they delivered the Florida Hospital Winter Garden project on time and with high quality electrical products.
We have enjoyed working with the Regency Electric team and would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone requiring top-quality electrical services.”

“Regency Electric Co, Inc performed electrical, fire alarm, and low voltage raceway for the VSL1 HSBAC (Valdosta State University Health Sciences and Business Administration Center) for KBR Building Group. The HSBAC is a 1450,00 SF standalone academic department building in the heart of Valdosta State University’s North Campus. The project contained a medical treatment clinic for the low-income of Lowndes County/Valdosta, GA, tiered seating classrooms, auditorium, computer labs, instructional classrooms, office spaces, and student-teacher interaction spaces. The entire project included exterior lighting and extensive landscaping systems to match the VSl.1 Campus aesthetics.
Throughout the duration of the project, Regency Electric exceeded and surpassed quality; schedule, and constructability constraints in a timely and professional manner. The project required extensive MEP BIM Coordination and involvement, which Regency participated and helped coordinate so all the required MEP systems were installed in a fashion which allowed for efficient installation, and ideal access for continuing maintenance. The project faced numerous difficulties due to the project design, schedule, location, and existing utilities. None of these issues were too great for Regency Electric to manage and overcome. The commissioning, testing, and acceptance of the project was subject to numerous Fire Marshals, Engineers, Inspectors, and other AHJ’s; all of which, Regency was able to demonstrate and pass with zero delay to the project. Regency’s ability to quickly and correctly submit Final O&M’s, As-Builts, Final Payments, and other Close-Out Documentation left a lasting impression of a ‘job well done’ and set the precedent for closing out a project on,-time and efficiently.
I would highly recommend Regency Electric Co, Inc. for any difficult or complex electrical project; they deliver top quality work on-time, within budget, and of utmost quality.

“As a Construction Manager for First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, I am proud to say that Regency Electric was on our team to complete the renovations to the Ruth Lindsay Auditorium. Regency Electric’s performance was 2nd to none which is no different than any other project they have performed for PMC. This project required up front coordination between AV/Architect/Owner to get the project in budget so it could move forward. It was the front end effort of Regency Electric that found ways to achieve the budget without affecting the performance of the building. Throughout the project milestones, Regency helped find ways to aid schedule and performance. From start to finish, Regency Electric was a team player in completing this renovation.”
